This company uses a computer generated call system that states if you are not "so and so" to hang up. They then call back the next day and keep calling. If you hold trying to speak to someone they disconnect you. If you call back like I did trying to inform them that the "so and so" they are looking for does not reside here you will get transferred around, and eventually disconnected. You cannot speak to any intelligible life form at this place to inform them that the "so and so" they are looking for does not live at your number. They'll say they will transfer you ,but you get put into a call dump that eventually disconnects the call. They will even lie and try to intimidate you by saying they will transfer you to their security department.
They yell and try to talk over you on purpose and if you manage to yell louder than them, (oops) they send you to the call dump that disconnects your call. They do not give their name and will not give you any information as to who they represent.
The only thing I know to do at this point is pay the fee for call block and keep them from dialing your number.

keep getting calls from this so called company. Even got in screaming match with miss ann. finally hung up on her. ordered copy of my credit report because i know of no late or unpaid accts... credit report showed excellant credit... i plan on contacting atty.gen... tired of the nonsense.... if i can sue ...... i will.
Who ever runs this company is in for a rude awakening. The lady and i use the term lady lightly "michelle" is so unprofessional and accusatory. How many of her bills are paid i wonder. Can't get in a word to let her know my accound has been resolved. Harassing calls and threats to sue and report me to the legal department. She should be fired on her tactics alone. Company's need to be made aware that there are rights that consumers have when it comes to collection agencies. FAIR DEBT COLLECTION PRACTICES ACT.

These turds claim they represent Citibank. I hope that's not true or else I will transfer my accounts elsewhere. Any attempt I made to solve this professionally was unsuccessful as I have told them repeatedly they have the wrong person. Each time they have called me a liar and the calls end in shouting matches. The women that call themselves Ann and Michele are incompetent, ignorant, and obviously illiterate. I have exhausted all attempts to settle this cordially and will now seek legal action to stop the harassment and possibly sue for liable and undue stress. Brace yourselves ladies (and I use that term very loosely) you can hide behind the phone for now but my attorney will find you and subpoena you!
