Not really understanding the source of your ire, but you may want to check your facts. According to the Electronic Code of Federal Regulations at ecfr.gov Title 47, Part 64, §64.1200 Delivery restrictions:
"(6) Maintenance of do-not-call lists. A person or entity making calls for telemarketing purposes must maintain a record of a consumer's request not to receive further telemarketing calls. A do-not-call request must be honored for 5 years from the time the request is made."
called the number back and U.S. Pharmacy answered they Said it was a a survey call wanting to know how the medication I bought from them was working. told hi he can take the medication and put it up where the sun does not shine. He said sorry I am being reported for harassment and being put on their do not call list.
I answered and he said he was with some Pharmacy agency, I couldn't really understand him and then I asked what he was calling for. After that he called me a m****r f****r and a son of a b***h. Very uncalled for, I hope the guy who said this gets fired and loses his job.
I do not want telemarketer calls on my phone. I have better things to do than to run to the phone only to find out its a telemarketer....Please do not call me!!!!
I too received two calls on my work cell phone from this number (US Pharmacy).
I also have my work phone on the Do Not Call Registry but still receive calls from them on a regular basis.
They also change their phone numbers used when calling so even if you block them it's just a short matter of time before you receive another call from them asking me how my Viagra and Cialis is working.
They should be fined up the wahzoo for their tactics
