Just got a call from this number, came here and blocked it. I noticed that I've also blocked 1221 and 1226 in the past. Reading those entries here again, they sound very similar, calls from a "redemption center", just different names used. My guess is there's a whole block of numbers used by the same company.
Just because you are on the Do Not Call list doesn't mean they can't get through. There are always going to be those that think the list does not apply to them. You can report them here: https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx
