Just got a call from this number, came here and blocked it. I noticed that I've also blocked 1221 and 1226 in the past. Reading those entries here again, they sound very similar, calls from a "redemption center", just different names used. My guess is there's a whole block of numbers used by the same company.
They hang up after three rings to prevent answering machines and voice mail systems from answering the call.
They have every intention to NOT leave a message.
