Called on my cell, rang only a couple of times but I missed the call. Did not recognize number, although I know people in Texas, so I checked here. Will not call back thanks to the comments here. Agree that "Do not call Registry" is often no help on cell or land line.
Do not call registry is just a List. It is Nothing else. Only the honest will honor it. It is not law enforcement. Criminals and other scofflaws just ignore it. It does work or else we would be getting many more marketing calls from all of those legitimate businesses and proprietorships looking for new business. They don't call. Only the shady call.
