This guy(s) called my house phone, then my cell phone, then my wife's cell phone. There are a handful of people who would have all those unpublished numbers outside of medical, credit/finance related, and a couple of family members. While I have a Real Estate license, I don't think that is a clue as my home phone would never be connected to that. Given the Papa Johns and Dominos are close to me too, this guy is abusing some local list.
Same as everyone else "Corey" wanted to know if I am selling my house in the next year, knew my street address. Clearly a scam but not sure I understand his angle.
So I used my Columbo like research skills and contacted the Heyl Group of Keller Williams. Corey and Alex are legitimate representatives cold calling people based on public property tax records, including phone numbers, However, from everyone's comments, he is not doing the job properly. Their main number is 469-906-2499. Their management will address your concerns with them.
