This is a nefarious bunch. They cite the Obamacare law REQUIRING people to have insurance and cite the penalties for non-compliance. They are either thieves or insurance agents. Actually, that's repetitious, isn't it?

Actually, 469 is a perfectly good area code here in north Texas. My son's cell phone has a 469 AC and he's no scammer. I'm just afraid you may be missing legitimate calls by blocking all of area 469. However, 469.458.9075 is not one of them!
