Rude is not the word for these guys. i just called back to complain, man identified himself as the owner. He swore, called me an idiot. Would not listen, just started yelling at me. People who are defensive, usually have something to hide, yes?
9-14-15 3 pm - Caller would not explain why he was calling and repeatedly called our employee a "F*cking Idiot" for asking. We called back to speak to a manager and he also called us a "F*cking Idiot". Completely ignorant people.
First he called from a private number asked for a previous owner who sold this business 10+ years ago, told him wrong number called back unblocked asked for same owner, same thing wrong number and I hung up. He then called back a 3rd time when I answered he told me "I DONT HAVE THE WRONG NUMBER PUT AN OWNER ON THE PHONE", I proceeded to tell him I handle all business matters and to remove us from his calling list, he yelled and explicit at me and hung up. Wow.
This person called my office...asked to speak to my boss. I told him that he wasn't here and we probably wouldn't see him until after Christmas. He then asked if he could leave a message..I said sure..he proceeded to give me his email address..he spelled out [***]..and hung up. I called back to ask what the deal was and he called me a f'n [***] and hung up on me.
Filed FCC complaint. Cursed at me repeatedly, offered to put me on the DNC for my CC # and a charge of $29.95. When I called his bluff, threatened to put our number in front of 600 other businesses that would call our company.
