Rude is not the word for these guys. i just called back to complain, man identified himself as the owner. He swore, called me an idiot. Would not listen, just started yelling at me. People who are defensive, usually have something to hide, yes?
They are promoting their new collection company business. They asked for a person they thought was owner and little did they know they were actually speaking to the owner. I requested to know who they were first before giving out any information and they got worse with their verbal communication extremely low class trailer trash talk vocabulary. I looked up the number and company and found they were a business wanting our business! Really? Why would anyone hire people like this to represent them in business is beyond me and with the tactics I just experienced it would only damage a real business collections or otherwise.

Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt. "Why would anyone hire people like this to represent them in business" Because this is a criminal enterprise pretending to be a debt collector. They started up in February of this year. Most likely they are hiring the bottom of the barrel people who don't care what they have to do to get paid. It would do your business good to stay away from people like this so that when they get sued (and they will get sued) you are not included in the lawsuit.
1/19/16 11:20 am - Received call from this number offering services as collection agency. Politely asked caller to remove our number from their call list. He said, "Well I guess I can call the f*cking yellow pages and ask them to remove your number from their list." and hung up. We called back to speak to a manager and he said "You are a f*cking business." and hung up. Called back to point attention to their rudeness and he accused us of harassment and also offered to take us off of their list for "the low, low price of $29.95". Wow.
They continually call are very rude when I tell them that I have asked to be removed from their call list about 10 times. This morning, the guy that answered the phone LAUGHED and said, "yea right, we're moving you to the top of the CALL LIST" and abruptly hung up the phone. n
