MY HUSBAND RECEIVED A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER 469-521-1259 . HE SAID HIS NAME IS JIM THOMPSON.
HE IS ALSO A RUDE PRICK HE LEFT A MESSAGE ON MY HUSBANDS VOICE MAIL SAYING BASICLLY THAT HE OR WE WAS A DEADBEATS.\. IM SORRY BUT I WORK HARD FOR WHAT I GOT .I PAY MY BILLS. SOMETIMES MAYBE LATE BUT THAT DOESNT MAKE ME US A DEADBEAT. AND THAT HE WOULD CONTACT OUR NEIGHBORS TO GET A MESSAGE TO MY HUSBAND. WE LIVE IN TENNESSEE AND THIS MAN LIVES IN TX. I CALLED HIM ABOUT THE VOICE MAIL MESSAGE. I LET HIM KNOW THAT I DID NOT APPRECIATE IT AND THAT WE ARE NOT DEAD BEATS. HE ONLY KNOWS US BY WHAT ONE( OF HIS SO CALLED CLIENTS HAS TOLD HIM ) . I TOLD HIM I WAS GOING TO TALK TO A LAWYER MYSELF ABOUT THE SITUATION . BOY DID HE GET PISSED. HE TOLD ME TO GET MY A** OFF HIS F****** PHONE. AND HANG UP ON ME. NOT PROFESSIONAL .
Biggest PRICK ever. Yells at people who have no idea why he's calling and insults people because he hears something he doesn't like. If you talk back to him he will tell you to shut your mouth. Yeah - you are very right - he bothered me yesterday asking for the owner of the company and then called back again this morning and shouted at me - so rude - maleducado - and cant even give us an insight of what is the call about - ust keep on saying a "legal matter" - been telling him if this is a legal matter we must have received a letter or sub-poena - and then he started yelling at me - the name is GENE PETERSON
VERY RUDE. Identifies himself as GENE PETERSON and says he's calling in reference to an outstanding bill but never says "This is an attempt to collect a debt" which is required by law. Yells, screams and threatens. Has called back repeatedly and harrasses whoever answers and threatens lawsuits. Also calls from 972-752-6001.
Both numbers identify as PETERSON. Also received a call from an invalid (masked) number: 281-000-0000 identifying himself as DOUG SCHULTZ a private investigator hired by DANIEL HUGGINS prior to a lawsuit. Number given for Daniel Huggins is same number as Gene Peterson.
