This number is for Commercial Recovery Systems in Plano/Dallas, Tx, a collection agency with very shady, and often illegal practices. "Dustin Vidal" has been calling our house, and now has started calling our neighbors (most of which we don't know) telling them that he has a lot of money for us and needs to speak with us asap. They have also sent someone to our front door, and a suspicious vehicle has been parked on the street in front of our house numerous times with someone sitting inside the car just watching our house. I have photographed the car and driver and reported the tag number of the vehicle to local law enforcement. I feel very threatened as I have small children that I am afraid to allow to play outside. They have provided no evidence that we owe a debt.
Thank you for the information. I have started keeping a file with photographs and recorded messages. An attorney friend of ours has agreed to look at our file that we are building and consider taking it on a contingency basis. I have no problem paying debts that I factually owe. But this company has shown us no evidence of an owed debt and we are suspicious that if there is in fact a legitimate debt that it may be my husband's ex-wife who owes it.
