Received 6 calls so far from this #. I'm in Toronto Canada. I actually called it back (even though it long distance to Texax) and someone picked up. I couldn't make out the company name as the person had a heavy Indian accent. I told the person that I've received multiple calls with no message. He said "Oh? Sorry. We do web sites."
I immediately asked him to put me on their do not call list and he seemed to not know what I was talking about. Then I hung up because I didn't want to waste any more money on this LD call.
Neil called me this morning from 469-575-6920 but gave me 469-533-0174 as his call back number. After trying to understand him, he said the company name was Avon and they are offering websites.
