Basically I have received the same calls as everyone else , threatening lawsuit, reporting to local county. I have a friend who works for consumer law firm and he said basically the same. These are scare tactics. These so called companies buy accounts for pennies on the dollar and call people and prey on them to basically extort money from them by any means. You will not receive anything from this fraudulent bottom feeder debt collectors. They are not going to file anything. They are trying to scare you. They have been calling me for over a month now threatening me with a lawsuit or some other legal action. I am still waiting for the legal docs. They are big fat liars. Do not ever speak to them. ....just ignore them.
