Who called from 4696087149

WE ARE ON THE DO NOT C ALL LIST AND OUR PHONE RINGS ALL DAY LONG WITH KIND OF GARBAGE!

I've gotten two calls today about four hours apart from this number.  ID on phone is Dallas, TX.  I answered both times.  No response and the line was disconnected after about 30 seconds.  This number should lose its privilege to make calls.

This number showed up on our Caller ID.  We weren't home and they didn't leave a message.  I wouldn't have answered it anyway had I been home.

Saw this number pop up on our Caller ID at about 11:20 this morning. Caller did not leave a message. Just hung up. Don't know who this person is, but we are about to send them to the Do Not Call List. Dumb People.
