I AM ON THE DO NOT CALL REGISTER. AT 1:41 PM ON 7/22/2014 MY HOME LANDLINE TELEPHONE RANG. THE CALLER ID SHOWED "OUT OF AREA" FOLLOWED BY THE NUMBER "1-469-608-7149". I SUSPECTED THIS TO BE ANOTHER ILLEGAL SCAM TYPE CALL SO I ANSWERD AND SPOKE A SENTENCE IN GERMAN LANGUAGE. ONLY TOOK A COUPLE SECONDS AND THEY CALLER IMMEDIATELY HUNG UP THE PHONE. GUESS THEY THOUGHT THEY DIALED A NUMBER IN GERMANY OR SOMETHING AND DIDN'T WANT TO PAY FOR A CALL CLOSE TO HALF WAY AROUND THE WORLD .
We get stupid phone calls that say Dallas, TX with phone number 469-608-7149. How can you get them to stop calling.
If these stupid places would like to pay our phone bill, they can call. This phone is for our personal use, and we do not
appreciate people like this calling and never saying anything if you call them back - message saying number does not
exist or something like that.
They called my cell phone and I called the number back...now there are two options, one to speak to an agent about auto warranty and the second is to decline coverage,and pay auto repairs 'by yourself'... I chose 2 and the recording said in a long drawn out computer voice...gooooood-bbbyyyeee....hope thats the last I will hear from them.
