Did an anonymous call back, a person with a thick foreign accent said "Central Credit Services" and that's when I hung up. Seems they've got a whole bank of phone numbers they're calling from, as soon as I block one number 2 more show up to take its place from the same company. I'll do my best to keep reporting them here ...
