Who called from 4696464178

I have had this 4696464178 call several times in the last 2 weeks and I answered  once they hung up I tried to call back said the number is not a working number so I put it on auto reject

The caller's grandmother is receiving calls about medicine.  It's a scam report to FTC & State Att. General...  block the numbers if you can.

Getting too many calls each day from above number. If I answer nothing, if I call back none working number or invalid, calls come in 2 or 3 times a day even early morning wk-ends

I called this number back immediately, after my phone rang. . A recording like stated, "this number is not in service". Someone called from this number @ 10:32am.

This person just called me and I asked them who they were looking for and he hung up. Def was a foreign guy. [***]
