469-651-0104 keeps calling. Doesn't leave a message. Just calls multiple times!

Answered it, no response.

Called me around 11:00am and left a voicemail with no sound! I called back and an automated voice said "press 9 to be put on the do not call list"

Another unwanted annoying call. No response when I said hello. Just silence. Until I scream into the phone then they hung up!!!!!
