I called for a person who does not speak English because she has received a few phone calls from this number. The woman who answered the phone sounded very rude and told me I needed to hand the phone to my non English speaking friend. I understand this is for security purposes, but I told her I could hand the phone over but it would not benefit anything since my friend DID NOT SPEAK ENGLISH. Then she told me my friend needed to write a consent letter to them to I could speak to them. She gave me no address to send the letter to. Did not care what else I got to say.
I hung up and spoke with my friend and called them back. The same rude woman answered, and I told her my friend say whatever it might be, SEND HER A LETTER IN THE MAIL and she would take care of it. She was super short, saying "Ok thanks!" I said "Will you please do that for her?" and she said again "Ok" . Then hung up.
Rude. No customer service. I deal with my customers and can NEVER treat them the way this woman treated me. HORRIBLE!
She needs to know how to treat a human being the way she wants to be treated!
Didn;t Answer, but received a message stating an automated message which indicates an automated dialer and they called my cellphone and its against the law to use a dialer to call cell phones, I will be filing a lawsuit with my attorney general.
Southwest Credit. The North Dallas Toll Authority uses this company if you have unpaid, outstanding toll balances. I called them back and was able to clear-up the account balance. The person I talked to was very polite and helpful. Not sure what other business accounts they handle. I didn't know I had a toll way balance and that anything went to collections. So if you got a call from this number and live near Dallas you may have a toll balance. Just FYI
