I received a call from faulk and sterns about my son cashing a bad check,  I agree to pay them a settlement amount. Now another company is calling me about the same thing after two years, said that the first company was a fraud and that the conforming letter is not Vala because it does not have a file number. This new companies name is  EVENS VANS LAW ASSOCIATES and their number is 716.362.1543. They are located in 5355 main street Williamsville NY 14221. I am still unable to get proof about this matter. Everything I tried to email or fax them my letter from the other company they claim they have not received anything,  that something is wrong with my system.
