came up as a cell phone number, but then when I answered, just breathing.  I could hear someone breathing (but not like obscene creep call) No ne never said anything.  maybe they did not realize I had answered.  

Phone call urging us to vote for the fake fiscal conservative party.

this caller came up on caller ID 8 times in a row. It must have let my phone ring for 20  minutes. Rude!
