I received a call from this number twice in a row. The recording repeated three times for each call. I couldn't make out all of the message, but it stated that if I ignored the call, I'd be in big trouble with the US government. The call ended: "Please help us to help you."
Recording that repeats three times, Indian/British accent. "...David Grey...contact you regarding an enforcement action executed by the US Treasury...ignoring this will be an intentional second attempt to avoid initial appearance before a magistrate judge or a grand jury for a federal criminal offense...I invite you to call place with us [sic] and help us to help you." -----Deceit/Scam/RoboCall/Telemarketer-----
I also got this exact call so called back just for the entertainment and it would allow me to blow off steam at the caller. Got a woman with a foreign accent so got a chance to let her have it :-)
