Beware: there's a scam going around where the "caller" introduces himself and asks if you can hear him okay. When you respond "yes," they record it and use your voice to perform fraudulent things under your name, and it's difficult to dispute because they have your voice on file saying you agreed to their terms. I saw this on the news here in Colorado a few weeks ago, and have seen postings online warning about the same thing (which I'm always skeptical to believe bc I don't believe everything I see online.) Anyhow, it's real! Just happened to me. I got a call from the number just now, and it was clearly a pre-recorded message of someone saying, "Hi, this is Josh from the customer service department. Can you hear me okay?" I promptly hung up. When I called back, it was a choppy recording saying the survey was over and if I want to remove myself from their list to avoid future calls to press 9. Obviously, i hung up again. With how difficult it was to hear the recording, who knows what dialing 9 really does. (P.S. I live in Colorado, but have a 469 Dallas number, so i believe this is why the call came from a similar number.)
