When answering this call I get loud music and someone typing. I said HELLO!!! She finally picked me up from speaker and said she could barely hear me. I guess it had nothing to do with the fact you were blaring your music. She proceeds to ask for the person who handles the merchant account. I told her they were unavailable and she said she will call back next week and hung up!
Record date time who you speak with and record conversation.
Inform them that you have recorded all this information and advise them that you are putting them on notice that if they call your number again you will sue them for harassment. It normally takes two more calls for you to collect, but I have collected off of a second phone call because both conversations were recorded and the telemarketer was not only rude but was verbally abusive. This form of offensive will net you between $3250 and $4900.00 depending on the attorneys fees that you choose.
Stop being passive, be legally offensive and get paid while at the same time you are making telemarketing not only un-profitable, but an expense to the corporation rather than an income.

They called my personal cell phone. Area code was Dallas so I answered since I do have relatives there. Person asked for Jerry and then asked for merchant services. I said it was a personal number and hung up. Hopefully they won't waste any more time calling me.
