What fckn idiots, debra and david called me saying i need to pay 800 by 4pm my time, says he works for the state of Nevada but called from a texas number. At first i thought it was real because the account they told me about is real but then i called them and they're going to settle with me for 180$. These people are low life [***] looking for a quick buck. They sound appealing but they are fake as well as losers. What's so hard about clocking in at a real job [***] idiots. Nice try though, they thought they had me fooled. Nobody i mean nobody in the USA will call you and inform you charges are being held against you. They will notify you by mail stating when your court date is and failure to appear wull result in warrants. [***] bums need to strategize their scare tactics just a little better... im laughing at them i wish i could see them so i could harm them
Same story!!! Thank goodness for sites like these. I called the county I live in, the State attorney generals office, and the office of consumer affairs regarding this and all stated it was a scam. If there is a "warrant", I would have been afforded due process of the law. Just don't answer the phone, ignore them. When they first called, I was terrified and gave them my bank info, but after reading the Docusign form from Payment Management Solutions, it hit me that I was not really dealing with the original creditor like Debra Hall imposed. Also, what "law firm or compliance office" do you know, has a Gmail account? I immediately went to my bank and closed out my debit card before anything was charged! They almost got me. I will just call the original creditor and possibly settle.
Today I got a call from (469)804-3675,didn't answer because I didn't know number. Then 2hrs later i get a call from my mom saying some lady name Belinda left a massage for me,so I called. So she tells me I have a warrant for my arrest,I have to pay $825 before 5pm. If not i would do 165 days in jail. So I tell her I have no job,my boyfriend is the only income,we are a family of 7 and We don't have it but I'll make payments.So she said to ask my friends and family but that I have to get money today. So I freak out,I'm crying feeling afoul because I'm going to jail and I won't be with my baby for her first birthday. I call my friend, tell her what's going on so she tells me check to see if You have a warrant and goggle number,so I did. I didn't have a warrant and I found this site. What a relief, it's all a scam. How can this people do this. This need to stop!!!
I got a call stating I owed a bunch of money and this company was collecting on it. Number one.....I don't owe! Number 2 their wording was awful and number 3 they embarrassed me in front of my family for no reason!!! This is all a scam!! Don't buy into what they're telling you. Hope they get caught!!! Their number is 469-804-3675. They had me nearly crying and asked for all my banking information and said I would be arrested in 3hours and they'd checked my background n no prior things against me. The guy's name was Mark Thomas so he says . Idiots!!!!
I got a call today from this number. It was a representative from a company called Aprima - http://aprima.com - that handles medical billing and collections for MedNow. I had called an 888 number yesterday to take care of a balance on my wife's account and got a callback from this number the next day from the person I left a message with. Your mileage may vary, but if you happen to owe a doctor's office money, a call from this number is probably legit.
