Got a call from Zenco collection agency about a credit card from 2002 that I dont remember even applying for saying I was being taken to court if I didn't pay past due amounts. SCAM. Wanted me to give my checking account number for withdrawls every month. SCAM BE AWARE!!! Area code (469) 899-8904 out of Texas
Got a voicemail saying I owed on a credit card from 2006. Confused I called back and the tried to scam me. Saying I would be taken to court if I didn't pay. BEWARE!!!!!
They said their names were Alexis Manning and Jennifer Vance.
This company keeps calling me for someone I don't know. Very rude and actually pretended to be on the phone with an attorney while on the phone. I worked in collections for over 10 years and I can tell you, REAL collectors will not verbally abuse you or make threats. Total scam, don't pay them a dime.
received a voice message on my number requesting my husband to return the call that they received legal documents in their office to obtain his SS# individually (????)...i returned the call (without informing he was my husband) and she provided me a past address and his actual birth date. she did not say what they were calling about-i am confused since my husband is not an illegal citizen-he was born and raised in USA if they were trying to obtain his ss#...and if they were trying to obtain his ss# why??? very sketchy (by the way the lady who answered my call was alexis and the voicemail voice was identical with the name of Jennifer (so it sounded)-untrustworthy in my opinion. not intending to call back.
