That's be the day! My son, who is a stockholder with his company, has to file tax returns in EVERY state they do business in. One of the returns he had to do last year was as thick as a small encyclopedia. Just...incredible.
Found what company these guys work for, its consumer asset management, out of Richardson Texas. Also, they have filed chapter7. They multiple complaints against them. I filed a complaint against them with the FTC. Talked with my sate attorney general, there's nothing they can do. I recently spoke to a lawyer who found out that they are legitimate debt collectors , but scam artists. Thanks everyone for your help , I appreciate it.
