"yea, they started again, I'll never press a number to opt out. ..."

These people call me every day. It's a recording saying Hi this is Rachel (Or Carmen, or Susan) and they want to lower my credit card rates.  It's always the same.

"Opting out" doesn't work. I've tried everything else too.

I just put them in my call block but they come up with new bogus CID numbers every week. It should be illegal to use a fake caller ID number.

Seems the credit card scammers have changed their number once again, a new number to block

It's "Bridget" with the lower your interest rate scam. Suggest filing a complaint against your carrier for breach of contract as the Caller ID info - that you pay for - is false.

I have received numerous call from this number.  I am on a "do not call" list.  They claim to improve my credit score.  I resent their constant invasion.
