Caller ID was UCP CDSI. I answered and listened and the man was humming a tune. I said hello and he hung up. Must be a new way of soliciting donations.
Call repeatedly. They are calling for a donation to cerebral palsy. They are relentless and when I unplug the phone so it has no recorder, they still let it ring for a long time.
