Got a call from UPC CDSI last night. Left no message. They're blocked again. I apparently thought they'd gone away and lifted the block because they were calling me repeatedly months ago. A viewing of the other comments here confirmed my original suspicions about these people - Donation Scammers getting around the Do Not Call List because it doesn't apply to charities (I don't think anyway).
