Got a call from 470-299-4700 Caller ID says "SPI" Georgia area code. I call back and ask who is it? A confrontational obnoxious assh*le with a MAJOR chip on his shoulder blurts something unintelligible out and asks me who I am. I said, will you first please tell me who YOU are and what this is about? Guy says I just told you, I'm [unintelligible]... WHO's DIS? He's so obnoxious and intimidating that I hang up. About a week and a half later, 14072994700 calls a second time. I call back and this time a Hispanic guy says "Publishers Sweepstakes" as he answers the phone, so now I finally know who this PURPORTS to be, but it sounds sketchy. Has anyone else received a call from 470.299.4700? I did a Google search but 4702994700 yielded nothing. Thanks for any info.
