According to callerdb.com, this number is likely spoofed. My philosophy is, "if you're hiding your identity, you're a thief and your calls will be blocked."
Once a month (or so) I get a call from 470-564-7764. I don't answer calls that show no name on caller ID. This appears to be from Atlanta, Georgia. Whoever, whatever, this caller has gone to great lengths to hide their ID.
