Who called from 4752000452

Called to lower my interest rate, when I asked how they got my number they hung up

This is a Spam call on my cell phone.  I didn't answer and I put the number in my spam file.  No message was left.  When I called back with a different number the recording said I could take my number off their list if I pressed 1.  Of course I didn't press 1.  Just more nuisance stuff by the top 1% or crooks trying to dupe someone into talking to them.
