They have neen calling my number for two years for a guy named Samson. I have no clue who he is and I've told them over and over I don't know him. Let's see if they call in the next 3 months again.

for government. Why does this continue? These people are jerks.
Debt collectors are exempt from screening against the DNC list. They are subject to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and there are a lot of fakes out there. Report to the FTC, CFPB and your State Attorney General.
Called from one number and gave me an account number and had all my information but I didn't verify my SS#. I kept telling her (Mr. Horton) that I didn't have any loan with the said company but she kept saying it could have been another company. She asked if I was saying it was not me and I told her yes. She mentioned she would turn it back over to the company for litigation. Also mentioned that they had sent me a letter, which I've received nothing. I believed it to be a scam so I just hung up. She called right back and left a different number for me to call. That is the number I used to find this page. The number they called from does not show up anywhere....9133539248 was the initial number but when she left a message she told me to call her back on 4752220904. I have auto rejected the number and will continue to do this!!
