My car was hit by someone with Geico insurance - I have to say that Geico did a really nice job taking care of me (I was hit by 2 cars and the other insurance company gave me almost nothing even though their client totaled my car) - but anyhow, I assume this is Geico calling to see if everything was OK.
I had an old claim that the other person was attempting to escalate. State Farm & the other party were bit underhanded, but GEICO stayed on top of the issue and protected my interest. Just a follow up.
I had to call roadside assistance for help and I needed some info but could not write it down at the moment so they called me back to leave the info on my voicemail. The was a good call, not sales!
