This number kept calling and when I picked up it was a tone, 3 times then a disconnect.  It called every 3 minutes until I phoned my local phone company.  They tried to call it, got no answer.  I tried to call and after 3 rings I hear a faint click.  I am wondering if this is one of those bogus numbers where you get charged a big fee.  If so I think the phone company will get involved.
