I have been receiving calls from this company for months! I keep blocking their number and I get calls from another number. They always leave the same VM, RE a court issue, but the person they ask for in the message is not me.
Just received a call from this number and they claim there is a court issue against us. If this was true they can send me a letter. I think it is another scam. I have no issues that need taken care of in court.

I got a call yesterday from 603-617-2239. I did not answer phone. A recorded message was left on my voicemail. First part of message was a female voice saying that the call was for me and that they were the mediation dept for Core Resolutions. She left a reference number for a file that she said they have on me and second part of message was automated telling me to call 479-358-7623 which is supposed to be the mediators for a payday loan I never repaid with the parent company Access Processing.
They gave me the last 4 of my SSN, my email address, my old address, my employer on the payday loan. All accurate; scary... They could not tell me the exact company that the loan was through only Access Processing was the parent. They said the loan was from 2012... I asked why am I only being contacted 5 years later. Stutters and excuses. Bullsh*t. They said with the interest I owe over $700, but if I agree to pay today they may reduce it in half. Gee, what a deal. No thank you. Told them to email me the information they had so I could investigate and research the validity of it. No email received yet. Surprise surprise.
