i just recv credit card statement and was charged 29.95 from pay-pbill.com with phone number 479-439-8142...i am calling credit card company to refuse payment and seek prosecuting these people

I did too!  But it was on my debit card.

I did too, and have reported it to the debit card company and they are doing the investigation as we speak.

I did too and will also be trying to prosecute!!!

I have done the same, chase will into it.
