Some foreign man talking about my computer. I stopped him and said I don't have a computer and don't know how many times I have to tell you. He said okay what is your name gave him my name asked my age I told him no I want you to stop calling my age has nothing to do with you calling me. I stated this is harassment you called me twice in 15 minutes I will sue if you call again. He said he will sue me because I wont give him any info on me. Then he went on and called me stupid. Ino return I told him to go back to his country and harass them and leave America alone.

In any rate, it is definitely spam unwanted in Baltimore.
Well, he actually called back about 1/2 hour later.
I was armed with the information I gleaned here and answered the call
He identified himself as Justin, and did have a definite foreign accent
I Cut in on his opening spiel and said "Hey Justin, did you know that Christ died for your sins that you don't have to go to hell?"
I think he hung up before I got hell in, waiting to see if he calls back so I can continue the preaching to him.
The line did go dead very fast.
Does not appear to be Matt Hartness, maybe a spoofed number, maybe he let the number go recently.
