Ignored first call, picked up when called 10 mins later. Valid info, but a nuisance to me, regarding power company (APS) rate increase coming end of this month. Didn't listen to whole message, but had to do with grandfathering current rate plan. As a solar owner, I'm ready as I'll ever be for it. By the way, a letter to the editor today pointed out the CEO of APS has a yearly salary of $19.4 million. Something is wrong when a regulated public utility (a monopoly) can pay execs that kind of wage. Coincidentally, all five of the regulatory board are Republicans who received Yuge campaign contributions from APS in last year's elections. Of course AZ's Republican controlled legislature and Republican governor see no conflict of interest...
