Caller ID says QIP so I didn't answer it. No message left, but I googled it and it is someone trying to sell something, most likely customer service surveys or something like that.
asked for owner who retired. then asked who new owner is then asked to speak with new owner. Asked him what it's regarding about? and replied "business" and raised his voice telling me "are you going to connect me or what?" told him owner is on a call and he hung up
This guy calls our office every other week, says his name is different every time and always asks to speak to the owner of the business, he knows him by his name, when I ask what the call is regarding he hangs up on me, other times as soon as I am about to finish my sentence
he's not in at..." he will hang up. Sometimes he will ask to be transferred and hang up before I can transfer the call he is a complete a-hole.
