Called me...automated message asking to press #9 to lower credit card rate. Pressed 9 and then talked to a guy who was basically trying to get my credit card info. BEWARE!!! major scam
Wanted to lower my rate. Asked for my name, phone number, how much I owed, customer service number on back of my card, expiration date and then he wanted the card number..The conversation ended when I said no.... He hung up.
Got a call in MI. Seen this type of thing before just so you know there is no way to ensure the saftey of your personal info. When giving it out in any other manner than face to face.
