Called me...automated message asking to press #9 to lower credit card rate. Pressed 9 and then talked to a guy who was basically trying to get my credit card info. BEWARE!!! major scam
these are the same people that called me 2 months ago, but with a different phone number. I asked to be taken off their phone list before, and they told me that I was gay, asked for my "husband", called me a ball-licker, etc. Total scam. do not press 9 unless you want to be verbally assaulted! they will not tell you their names or company name. they are based somewhere in florida. I complained about the number, and was told that they were trying to shut the scammers down 2 months ago!
I got a call from this company. Hung up and looked up the reverse number using *69. Somehow it put me through to them. I asked what company she was from and she did not tell me. She asked over and over if I wanted to lower my interest rate. I said, "what company are you? What company are you?" she sounded exasperated and repeated the question about "do you want to lower your interest rate?" I told her to take my name off their list and hung up.
