They use the TELESPHERE NETW caller ID to get pass my anonymous block. I just hangup on them and add them to the blocked ID. But they will get around it by call from another number. The game continues...
These guys call EVERY day asking for the business Owner by FIRST NAME. When I repeatedly ask why they are calling, they always say "we have personal business with her about her credit card processing". When I tell them that she will NOT approve any changes to the credit card processing, they say "ok. we'll call back later". Seriously, they won't take no.
I've just gotten tired of it and repeatedly tell them she's not here (she usually isn't anyways). But they are relentless and useless and a scam. DONT DO IT

Could this be Yelp that is doing this? I traced one of these 480 numbers and it was a Yelp.com employee. While the listed address for Yelp is in San Francisco CA. They very definitely have staff in Arizona, I've gotten calls from them in the 480 area code.
Yelp is screwing all of us anyway, why not use a telephone scam to gather information on us?

First, YELP puts in a fake review to trigger their cold calling. Another way is they take photos of the business and it's usually the ugly part of your business like the alley way or back side. WTF, right? Now, I block all calls from YELP, it's true they're calling in from Arizona.
