I did not answer.  They did not leave message.

No response. When you call back, it says this person's mailbox is full.

Calls several times per week, but never leaves a message. Who are you?

Did not answer when I picked up.   Another number to block.

Calls often.  When I say hello they hang up immediately.  No message ever left.  And as above, when I call them = "this caller's mailbox is full".
Where's the "phone police" when you need them????
