More and more calls from idiots who try and sell us junk or schemes. We must be paying millions of dollars to hire government employees who sit on their butts and do nothing to stop these calls. The complete dysfunction of state and federal controlls is amazing.
We are living in a world where we need instant gratification. We'll have to take control of our phones and show criminals that their tricks won't work.
Received call from 480 371 0962 to lower our electric bill ... I did push #1, man said how he can help me, told him that he is calling me, he ask if I owe this home, told him no, he hung up right a way. This is nothing more than a SCAM. I called SRP the power company for me and they told me no 1 made the call from his facility.
Keep a record of theses calls, dates, times and phone number. Then report them to the FCC. I just typed in FCC consumer complaint dept. and filled out the forms. Don't really know if it will help or not. We could always start a class action lawsuit. We wouldn't get very much but if they have to pay lawyer fees amd give everyone a couple hundred bucks I'm sure they would quit this kind of crap. If anyone finds a live body number please post it, I have been saving all my four letter words for a long time. I will call the number every 10 minutes and use them. I'm sure they will hang up quickly but they will here the first word anyway.
