These Phone calls are not coming from Arizona. The are spoofing the Caller id to make it look like they are. These calls are registered to a Florida Ip address. You need to file a police report for harassment, the authorities will then go to the phone company an subpoena the records and a proper trace can then be performed. The phone companies Call Blocking most likely will not work as 4803710962 is not the number it is calling from and it tricks the equipment and the calls go through. Some phones such as Panasonic offer a call block feature that will block the call after one ring in the home.
