They called me and said since i been making my credit card payment on time for that past year, they want to lower my rate. a lady with a heavy accent. i told her ya you can lower my rates great, ( she said yes) i cut her off and said wow i am making payments on time for the past year. i wonder how. i dont even have any credit cards and she hung up on me,
Call came in on my cell phone. Recorded message about lowering credit card interest rate. This is similar to the "Rachel" calls that were so prevalent the past two years, but this (same) message now voices "Heather".
