Please do contact your AG office!! This company really needs to be stopped!! Those TV Ad's are bogus!! They will NEVER be on air, because yeah you may have purchased a commercial yet you still have to purchase airtime slot with the TV companies!! The leads that they use are worthless!! They are recycled numbers that they use!! They don't follow the "Do Not Call List" They use bogus alias's so that way no one can get a hold of them anymore!! It's a scam and they really need to stop!! I'm working on trying to get my $!! I don't see why these people haven't been shut down by the Feds!! Oh yeah because they keep changing names!!
This is a number associated with a work at home scam involving credit card processing. The man who this number belongs to claims his name is David Dellucci.
The companies associated with this scam are:
JMPS
Custom Merchant Solution
BES Enterprises
They tell you that your agent ID will cost you $495.00 to get started.
When you try to submit your leads, they try to get you to purchase upward of $5000.00 in marketing and advertising services. They never tell you a legitimate way to submit your leads.
The toll-free numbers are all either disconnected or constantly busy.
I got the same routine, but they allowed me to enter @ only $190. They have a new 866 customer service number that you always get a recorded message: " Ther person @ ext. 1090 is unavailable, please leave a message." They never call you back. A lady who calls herself Lisa Monroe claims to be a business coach. Her number is 602-488-5587 and you always have to leave her a message too.
I like the others above hope that noone else falls for this trick. EVERYONE in Phoenix AZ is a scam and a lying cheat !!!!!!!! They are like Roaches, Rats, & Rattle Snakes. !!!
Thank you so much for writing about this scam. I have been contacted by a Debbie who is very convincing. I finally bit only to have a David Knight try and sell me leads as an investment to quick start my new business. What he was offering sounded too good to be true so I went searching to see if others knew anything about it. This group is also from Arizona. The first company was BDE and then Fidelity Merchant Solutions came into the picture. I am proceeding with caution - but I determined not to provide any more $$$ to them!
I have had the same contact-and I gave them $650 then they asked me for $15,000 so I could make residual monies on my investment. I almost fell for this scam, and I am not going to answer the phone or give them any more money. I realize I will have to report this to the Attorney General'l Office and hopefully get back my $650. I am very angry and don't want to engage in any more phone calls from people promising income from home.
