Caller ID says Zion Capital Fi……. Left a message stating that they had a buyer interested in buying our timeshare.

I answered the phone call and was a guy named Madison Gray with Zion Capital Finance. He said he had a buyer interested in my timeshare but didn't know what unit or size timeshare I owned. How can someone be interested if they do not know what I own?

I proceeded to look into the company further and found that the owner Ryan Gutridge is associated with over 30 small LLC's which are all using the same address. The address just happens to be a UPS Store.

Seems extremely shady to me.

We also had a call from Madison from this number... Anybody know if they are bogus or legit?

said they sold my time share in Arizona for 14000.00 and I need to pay the closing cost of 1992.00
Is this company legit? please let me know name of company is zion capital finance
